Accounting
and Inventory- Fall 2007
We are in the early development stages of
Franklin Accounting and Inventory Control. These programs will be developed
with the help and input of Accountants, Controllers, Purchasing, Shipping and
Receiving Personnel. These programs will be exactly what you need, not
something that you will have to find a way to make-work in your environment.
Maintenance
Tracking System- Spring 2007
Another program that many of our customers have
requested and that we have begun development on is a comprehensive maintenance
program. This program will track, create and print daily, weekly, monthly and
yearly PM’s. It will also act as a database for your parts, part numbers,
vendors and maintenance budgets. This is one area that many Management Systems
have chosen to ignore, but as all of us are well aware, this may be one of the
most important, yet overlooked aspects of your company.
BHR
Calculator – Spring 2007
A big piece of information that is missing in
many facilities is accurate Budgeted Hourly Rates for equipment. This number is
sometimes overlooked but in many cases is the most important number for a
facility. This calculator allows the user to quickly and accurately calculate
an hourly rate for equipment in a facility.
Mac-
Even though our DataManager and Digital Print and
Copy Estimator are Mac compatible, we are well aware that our Mac users are
ready to move the Estimator program to OS 10. Our Estimator has been developed
to operate on Mac G5 with the Intel chip using the Windows OS.

and implement them.
