Franklin Asset Management consists of two parts that will be included in the product, Franklin Equipment Maintenance and Franklin BHR Calculator.


Franklin Equipment Maintenance is designed to give your company a complete view of all of your equipments past, present, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. It allows you to schedule daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance and print reports out to give to your operators to follow and give them the ability to show these items have been completed.


The program will also act a database for all of your equipments part numbers, parts pricing and will allow you to see the longevity of parts that are installed.


This program helps you manage one of the most important and yet over looked pieces of running a successful business.

Franklin BHR calculator was developed to accurately give a business owner accurate Budgeted Hourly Rates for each piece of equipment. This allows the user to compile costs that are specific to your facility to derive realistic rates. Many things are taken into consideration to accurately calculate these rates such as: Utilities, Shifts Worked, Square Footage Cost, Employee Costs, Depreciation, Overhead and much more.


With this calculator you will get a very facility specific rate that will help your company become more profitable or allow you to see where changes in your operation or equipment are needed.
